As an Entry Level Mechanic, you will assist with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics, working closely with experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of automotive systems.
Duties
- Assist with routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, and brake repairs
- Support diagnostic procedures using automotive electrical systems and schematics
- Help repair mechanical systems including suspension, shocks & struts, and steering components
- Contribute to transmission and powertrain repairs under supervision
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols when working on heavy equipment or diesel engines
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge with a strong interest in automotive/truck repair
- Prior experience working in the automotive repair industry or dealership experience is a plus but not needed.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment safely
- Knowledge of automotive/truck suspension systems, brakes, transmissions, and diesel engine repair is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
