Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a highly collaborative neurosurgery practice alongside an established neurosurgeon and dedicated nurse practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
- Minimum of 2 years of neurosurgery First Assist experience
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage patient care independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:- First Assist in neurosurgical procedures
- Conduct daily hospital rounds
- Provide outpatient clinic support and follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with the neurosurgeon and care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
