Sr. Technical Professional
Provide system engineering analysis of operational scenarios to identify operational requirements and constraints of STARE sensors and the IFMC Engagement Operations Center. Analysis efforts include analysis of specific operational situations including threat, defended assets, geographic/terrain consideration and available air and missile defense assets to support defense design development and SoS assessment. Provide analysis of system specific capabilities relative to the integrated AMD force to contribute to an integrated AMD defense design. Assess specific scenarios and emerging system capabilities to identify/postulate potential CONOPS/CONEMPS needed to effectively integrate STARE sensors and other IFMC components within the overall AMD portfolio. Participate in development/assessment STARE/IFMC models/simulations and test efforts to verify and validate AMD TF capabilities.
Participate in threat working groups and system capability assessments to help identify system of system capabilities/limitations and the need for future IFMC/STARE product improvements or combined future AMD TF operational capabilities. Support horizontal integration of system engineering tasks across multiple IFMC/STARE external stakeholder agencies; prepare and present SE inputs/positions as required.
BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent related experience (An additional 8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
12 years of related experience
An active secret clearance or the eligibility to obtain and maintain a secret clearance is a requirement.
