In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you will help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support their C4ISR business area in Hudson, NH. In this position you would:
- Provide system engineering inputs for work products, which includes tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of this capability.
- Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
- Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
- Perform system integration and test per procedures.
- Perform Data Analysis and scripting.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Must hold an active Secret security clearance and be eligible to acquire TS/SCI clearance in the future
- BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 4 to 6+ years' experience in the field
- Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to integrate software and troubleshoot issues for characterization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
- Experience with C++, Matlab or Python scripting
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Active Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI clearance
- Experience performing engineering activities in the development cycle including requirements, design & development, system integration and test.
- Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing.
- Experience in digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
- Ability to integrate software and Knowledge of Linux containers
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
- Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications.
- Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile development
- Mainly On-site tasking for lab testing
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
