Job Summary:
HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Site Chief to lead our expanding team of elite physicians at a Level II Trauma Center dedicated to unparalleled patient outcomes.
Qualified Candidates:
- Must be board certified in Internal Medicine
- Florida License and DEA Required
- Mix of clinical and administrative duties
- Manage a team of 15 other FT Hospitalists
- Practice and leadership experience required
- On-site 7am-7am, nightly call coverage and weekends, nights
- 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts
- GME coverage for Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Daily census about 25 per provider
- Hospitalists manage ICU patients
- Hospitalists do NOT run codes
- Preferred experience with Meditech EMR
