Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for clerical administrative duties required to maintain the office of the COO and Assistant Administrator including monitoring office supplies (paper, pens, drinks, etc.); reorder when appropriate. Interacts with staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate/division staff, as well as departments within the facility. Is able to perform multiple functions simultaneously and efficiently. Prioritizes job responsibilities ensuring that workflow is smooth for office efficiency. Must have excellent customer service skills and professional communication skills, be punctual, possess polite phone screening skills and manage the calendar of the COO and the Assistant Administrator. Also responsible for managing the expense reimbursement for both executives. Will be required to record, edit and disseminate meeting minutes. In addition, this position will be responsible for all contract administration for all Administrative Executives (i.e vendor and physician contracts, etc.) Will work with CEO as needed to ensure compliance, accuracy and deadline submissions for all contracts at RGRH. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as Co-ECO for the hospital.
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Some college or technical training preferred. Two to three years office experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong customer service and communication skills. Must be an advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word Processing and Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, yet remain focused and accurate. Must have the ability to deal with stressful situations.
SPECIAL DEMANDS: Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
