What you’ll do
- Support reliability and maintenance teams in identifying equipment failures, tracking downtime, and assisting with root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
- Analyze maintenance data, work order history, and equipment performance trends to help improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Participate in preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while learning maintenance best practices and safety procedures.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects, including spare parts optimization, maintenance planning, and reliability initiatives.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to support equipment inspections, documentation updates, and process improvements.
