Our historic hotel is in the heart of the nation's capital, less than a mile from McPherson Sq metro station. It offers 350 rooms, two restaurants, and extensive event space.
Our ideal candidate has open availability, able to stand for 8 hours, able to lift, push and pull up to 100lbs, can work in a fast pace environment and a good attitude.
Schedule: Full Availability and Flexibility (7am - 3pm) (Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays) *union role - fulltime hours can not be guaranteed
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Linen Runner, you would be responsible for distributing clean linens throughout the hotel in continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Transport clean linen from the laundry department to designated storage areas.
- Replenish linen supplies in housekeeping linen closets and guest rooms as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen storage areas.
- Assist with inventory control of linen items.
- Report any linen shortages or damages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
