Job Summary and Qualifications
Join our HR Data & Analytics team as a Consulting Business Analyst, where you'll serve as a strategic partner connecting HR business needs with data, technology, and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex business challenges into actionable requirements, driving process improvement, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and enabling adoption of enterprise HR data products and self-service tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business challenges into requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations.
- Develop business requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria, and documentation for dashboards, data products, workflow automations, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data and processes to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and workforce insights.
- Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user adoption, change management, and training activities.
- Contribute to business cases, ROI analysis, governance activities, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, HR systems, HR operations, analytics, process improvement, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data, and technology solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements and partnering with both business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, or Agile certification preferred.
