Internal Responsibilities
Lead high-priority, cross-functional efforts to remove blockers affecting AI and data center capacity delivery.
Rapidly assess ambiguous problems; identify root causes, dependencies, risks, and owners.
Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Network, Hardware, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to drive resolution.
Build clear recovery plans with actions, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Track delivery-critical dependencies across capacity, hardware, power, networking, construction, logistics, and readiness.
Run focused war rooms and executive reviews; ensure decisions, escalations, and follow-up actions are captured and completed.
Communicate concise status updates that highlight impact, progress, risks, decisions required, and next steps.
Turn recurring issues into scalable playbooks, operating mechanisms, and preventive actions.
Drive accountability without direct authority in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
