Shifts: Full availability, must be able to work morning, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays
Wage Rate: $22.56-$28.20
The ideal applicant for this role should have a minimum of six months' experience in customer service and cleaning, with a strong preference for those with hotel housekeeping experience. Additionally, candidates must have full availability for scheduling.
What will I be doing?
As a General Cleaner you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas (i.e. lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
- Cleans bathrooms (sinks, urinals, etc.), dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors, empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash, removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures, and cleans ashtrays.
- Delivers items to room/suite attendants upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms/suites as needed.
