- Lead and coordinate daily blending operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and business priorities are achieved.
- Utilize SAP to manage batch scheduling, material consumption, production tracking, and inventory transactions.
- Oversee wastewater system operations, monitoring, testing, compliance activities, and vendor coordination.
- Train, coach, and support operators while promoting a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance.
