Staffing Coordinator - Hemodialysis Division Float Pool
Shift: Full time - Days (6:00am - 6:00pm; rotating weekends)
Location: North Texas Division Float Pool

Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that the unit is fully staffed. Coordinates with Director to approve scheduled time off for employees. Acts as time keeper for the department and assist to manage productivity. Assist with maintaining the Division Dialysis Department’s quality improvement processes.
What qualifications you will need:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet development required
- Previous experience as administrative assistant or clerk preferred
- Previous experience with facility scheduler or other staffing software preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Office equipment knowledge preferred
- 1 years experience Required
