Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.
Internal Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver a portfolio of business initiatives and programs.
- Plan schedules and manage multiple programs at once.
- Partner with global, cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Manage dependencies, identify risks, assign owners, and drive mitigation plans through resolution, escalating issues when needed.
- Track and analyze portfolio budgets, including actual and forecasted spending, program costs, and historical trends.
- Build scalable processes, tools, and documentation for managing programs from start to finish.
- Lead standups and sprint planning for assigned programs.
- Maintain consistent reporting across programs and keep stakeholders informed.
- Set methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate the work of others as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
