Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Lead Principal Product Manager to shape AI-powered analytics products, platforms, and tools for internal teams. You will partner with OCI leaders and engineering, operations, and planning teams to turn complex infrastructure data into trusted insights and better decisions.
The Central Data Analytics team builds the data foundation, reporting platforms, and self-service capabilities used across OCI’s Compute, Storage, Networking, and Data Center organizations. In this role, you will own product strategy and a prioritized roadmap that increase self-service adoption, strengthen trust in the data platform, and deliver business value through continuous iteration.
This is a senior individual contributor role. Success requires working closely with deeply technical subject matter experts, understanding the decisions OCI leaders need to make, and communicating clearly with both groups.

- Partner with engineering, operations, planning, finance, and OCI leaders to identify high-value problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Drive product adoption by defining success metrics, monitoring usage and engagement, and using customer feedback and data to improve activation and retention.
- Prioritize investments using user needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
- Guide products from discovery through delivery and adoption, working with engineering teams to release useful capabilities iteratively.
- Increase self-service adoption by improving how internal users discover, understand, and use trusted data and analytics.
- Help establish a trusted data platform by aligning stakeholders on data definitions, quality, lineage, governance, and the use of canonical datasets.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to make analytics more accessible and actionable, while setting clear expectations for accuracy, transparency, and appropriate use.
- Define success measures, evaluate product usage and feedback, and use what you learn to improve the roadmap.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, progress, and tradeoffs to technical teams and executive leaders.
- Mentor product management peers and help strengthen product practices across the team.

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence and making sound decisions amid ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using evidence and user feedback to prioritize work and measure results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data platforms, analytics products, self-service reporting, or AI-powered tools.
