This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –
where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers
with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional
coatings.

- Manage Quality Control Laboratory, Wastewater Treatment
operations, and the QC Calibration program.
- Support quality investigations of Internal
nonconformances and/or Customer Complaints (NCMR/CCMS) with root cause
analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Provide technical and quality support for manufacturing
operations, product disposition, and batch adjustments.
- Support and maintain quality planning and change
management processes, including APQP, PPAP, MOC, CTQ standards, and
customer-specific requirements.
- Manage the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) program
and ensure measurement systems are accurate, capable, and compliant with
Customer and ISO/IATF requirements.
- Drive Quality Management System compliance and
continuous improvement through IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SQC, statistical
analysis, quality metrics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
