Oracle is seeking a Nashville based Senior Program Manager. This role will specialize in transforming how we approach supply risk. Our operations organization sits centrally within the business, partnering with engineering, build, delivery and supply chain teams. We are seeking a proactive, strong communicator with a supply chain or operations background.
This team and broader organization has a key focus on partnerships and collaborations - we cannot solve enterprise gaps in a vacuum!
Internal Responsibilities
Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of initiatives and programs in the hardware space. Partners closely with global cross-functional teams and executives to understand and capture requirements for programs. Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks. This role is highly impactful and visible, the Program Manager will regularly report out to executives
Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practice Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
