Position Summary:
Responsible for providing sales and service to new and current customers in the Authorized Metro By T-Mobile Retail Store
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers in a timely and positive manner- create a positive sales experience for the customer
- Identifies the customer's needs and provides information related to Metro By T-Mobile products and services
- Completes all aspects of the sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other sales transactions.
- Is a "knowledgeable expert" for customer troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Maintains records of existing and potential customers
- Performs sales tracking, customer account updates and related reporting
Store Processes & Procedures
- Reads and understand all current and new company policies and procedures and market specific objectives as applicable
Merchandising:
- Maintains floor stocking levels, displays, and help ensure that the store is clean and presentable to customers
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred
- Must be proficient in computer skills, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Must be available to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
