Return to Work Program – Jersey City
At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley’s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based at the firm’s city name office and will run from March to May 2025.
We value the life skills and experiences you've gained outside of work and know you can bring a lot to our organization. Whether you’ve stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, our 16-week Return to Work program offers the unique opportunity to reintegrate into the work force and build on your existing skillset. Program participants are placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. Additionally, besides on the job placement, you will receive training, mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications:
Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2025, the projected program start date)
Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
Relevant work experience ranging from 5 - 10 years
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
