CUAS Supply Technician

KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering Division is seeking a Supply Technician to support our installation, sustainment, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, cyber security, networking, and integration support to the Navy’s C-UAS Ashore Program in St. Inigoes, MD. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. The position requires the candidate to work both independently and collaboratively with co-workers and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs material purchasing and inventory control functions.
- Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is separated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.
- The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions.
- The supply technician provides inventory & storage management, cataloging, and property utilization in a team environment to perform supply actions and technical problem-solving concerning CUAS systems.
- This position requires daily interaction with KBR team members and Government customer representatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma.
Citizenship & Clearance: This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Experience: (1) one year of supply experience
Skills & Abilities:
- A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
- Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with Navy or DOD CUAS programs.
This is a SCA Position. Pay rate: $35.73/HR.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: St. Inigoes, MD. This position requires candidates to work on-site.
