Job Description
Scope of duties:
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Plan and coordinate onsite and virtual events for employees, ensuring smooth execution.
Handle communication with employees regarding event schedules, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
Gather feedback from employees to improve future planning and execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, managing logistics and event preparation.
Internal Communication Support
Support internal communication efforts, including creating newsletters, announcements, distribution lists or other communication materials to keep employees informed.
Create professional presentations for employee huddles, town halls, or other related events.
Track and analyze attendance, engagement levels, and feedback from events, generating insights to improve future event planning.
Site Administration
Oversee and coordinate reception team workflow, including managing visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.
Assist with other site-related administrative duties as required.
