Description:You will be the Senior Test Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team at our Ocala facility. Our team is responsible for the production, test, and handling of products.
What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Test Engineer, you will be required to have knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, RF circuitry, analysis and troubleshooting, automated software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing environment. You will need to have an understanding of Electrostatic Sensitive Devices and analysis of circuitry and assemblies in a electrostatic discharge situation. Your responsibilities will include:
• Interpreting and implementing requirement-based methodologies, and utilizing statistical data analysis is required.
• Analyzing the adequacy of the Electrostatic prevention systems and any mishandling.
• Procedure development, planning and preparation, procedure execution, and coordinating system resources to support testing.
• Supporting test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required.
• Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed.
• Working with and managing Electrostatic systems and prevention systems and equipment.
This position typically requires 5 years of professional experience

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• Electrical hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Electrostatic Sensitive Devices and analysis of circuitry and assemblies in an electrostatic discharge situation.
• Working knowledge of ESD protection equipment and measures in a microelectronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in reading schematics
• Experience with analog and/or digital and mixed-signal circuits
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
