What you’ll do
- Gather all required and relevant data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets and systems and prepare responses for all internal and external audits, along with various requests for information from our corporate audit team.
- Perform data analysis on all steps in our end-to-end enrollment process to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the processing of work, identifying areas of improvement or potential issues.
- Identify long-term patterns or changes in the processing of work, which can inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Compile analysis results to create comprehensive reports that can be shared with stakeholders and management.
- Provide management valuable insights into the efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance of the end-to-end enrollment process.
- Identify ways to implement efficiencies within systems.
- Responsible for preparing accurate and complete MTM ID Card Timeliness reports. This includes gathering data on application submission, processing time, and card delivery, ensuring that the reports provide a comprehensive and accurate overview of performance.
- Research, identify and report to leadership any quality control gaps that may hinder our culture of quality excellence within the department.
What you need
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end enrollment process.
- Effectively review procedures, processes, and data available to determine the accuracy of work being done, respond to audit findings, and identify performance gaps.
- Attention to detail is instrumental in providing reliable information for audits and to ensure MTM ID Card Timeliness reports are accurate when presented to corporate audit. Ability to track and analyze timeliness of ID card issuance at each stage of the process is vital.
- The ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to interpret the results, identify root causes of issues, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Being able to think critically and propose effective solutions to addressing audit findings and improving processes.
- Effective communication skills to respond to audits and provide recommendations and reporting to various stakeholders. This includes written communication and verbal communication.
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong time management skills are essential for completing audits efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborative skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships, are valuable for success in the role.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is required. Additional business administration, or communication training is preferred.
- Two years Health Insurance Membership experience required.
- Knowledge of the work done in the individual areas for the end-to-end enrollment process is preferred.
- Experience in quality control, auditing and /or statistical experience is preferred
