Description:We are Lockheed MartinProgram Integration Manager - Level 5
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead and manage program integration efforts on the program. This position will support various aspects of Program Management Office (PMO) operations as a leader driving PMO operation projects to closure and continuously improving internal operations, communications, & employee engagement. The selected candidate will serve as liaison between PMO, functional, and project leads inside and outside of the program as relevant.
What You Will Be DoingThis role will require selected candidate to:
• Lead and coordinate all program integration-related elements with program integrators and other stakeholders for our day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement robust execution and effective monitoring inputs for PMO decision to meet program objectives. These may include assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Drive corrective actions and coordinate corrective action plan and monitor a set of standard metrics, processes, and tools to track improvement progress and performance
• Partner across functions and stakeholders to mitigate program integration-related risks and optimize organizational work flow
• Hire and develop program integrators
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and special program clearances. For this particular position, the applicant must be able to obtain a DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience leading dynamic and diverse team, and working with geographically separated teams, solid personal interface skills
• Experience with and ability to recognize gaps and drive change
• Experience making difficult decisions and solving complex issues

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
