We are looking for a paralegal to assist with a variety of legal and compliance matters, primarily for Comcast’s dynamic and growing international advertising technology business, FreeWheel, although you will also gain exposure to other companies in the Comcast Cable group.

Youwill play an important role in the work of the team,where you will review and draft legal documents(appropriate to your level of experience),screen potential counterparties, respond to subject access requests,assist incompany secretarial work on the instructions of the company’scompany secretary, send documents for electronic signature,be responsible for document management and the filing of signed documents,and so much more. You will gain exposure to the businessand if you have the right attitude and aptitude, you willbecome a trusted member of the legal team in your own right.Depending on performance and on business need, we would also consider assisting the successful candidate toqualifyas a solicitorin due course.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
•Possess an undergraduate degree.
•Legal Practice Course is preferred although not essential.
•Prior paralegal exposure or experience either from a law firm or in-house would be an advantage.
•Prior exposure or experience relating to commercial transactions and a demonstrated interest in AdTech and technology in general.
•Reliable self-starter who possesses a good command of the situation and organisational skills.
•Ability to learn quickly on the job and to identify matters requiring escalation to senior members of the legal team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with consistently high-quality work product.
•Ability to support a fast-paced entrepreneurial business.
