The Role:
At Factory ZERO the Launch Coordinators will support the department Launch in carrying out all launch activities. The coordinator will work cross functionally with multiple teams, both internally and externally, in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Additionally, the coordinator is the lead for the represented employees and the key problem solver for any issues that arise during launch.
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize Production Knowledge to analyze major design, tooling, and specification for SPQRC issues.
- Drive alignment and lessons learned across all program launches
- Actively engaged with the Engineering counterpart to ensure the Process Engineering requirements are met and executed for Department. with the PDT, CIT, Peer Reviews, and MIT.
- Integral member of the problem resolution teams in General Assembly, assisting in resolution of build issues in GA while ensuring that the 7- diamond problem solving process is being utilized.
- Works with the Change Management Coordinator - Launch to develop plans for Production Trial Runs, Engineering Tryouts, Engineering Work Orders, etc. during the launch process.
- Provides Leadership during the Daily issues meeting with Manufacturing and Engineering.
