Job Title: Manager,Controls
Location: Conyers, GA
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a motivated Manager, Controls who can lead a team of engineers to develop industry-leading controls solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration customers.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Lead an engineering team to develop digital solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Collaborate with the product managers to establish a strategy to optimize the customer experience with startup, service, and support of the refrigeration system.
- Design and validate control schemes for optimal performance on new product platforms.
- Adapt the standard control schemes to support specific customer job requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve factory and field performance issues related to the control system.
What are the basic qualifications?
- Five years of experience managing a technical team.
- Five years of experience using electronic controls for commercial refrigeration (e.g. Copeland E2/E3, Danfoss SM800A, Carel PR300 / c.pCO).
- BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
What are the preferred qualifications?
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong process and organizational skills

- Experience with CO2 booster refrigeration systems
