As an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chief Legal Officer's staff, located in Moline, IL you will create, update, and maintain calendars, develop, and drive project work plans for business activities, track, and ensure completion of key deliverables, and ensure timely follow up on action items. In addition, you will:
- Anticipate challenges and plan accordingly ahead of need.
- Be creative by adopting new and updated techniques to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in your work.
- Maintain files and records while providing appropriate information and assistance to individuals who contact the members of the CLO staff.
- Manage and arrange various off-site venues to assure meetings run smoothly and professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements to guarantee flawless travel experiences for executives.

- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior leadership
- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Skill in planning and organizing
- Critical capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Understanding of the business operations and the organizational structure
- Highly personable, adaptive learner, and motivated to proactively complete assigned responsibilities
- Experience working in a large organization
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in administration, Business, Marketing, or Management
