As a Parts Support Services Representative for JD North American Parts Distribution Center located in Milan, IL, you will provide dealer assistance pertaining to parts availability, carrier changes, backorder status, Special Terms program orders, and vendor direct ship orders to equip dealers with most up to date and accurate information. In addition, you will:
- Train and assist dealer personnel with electronic ordering and information systems to maintain a high level of support to customers
- Investigate system error messages on dealer orders and contact dealers as necessary to cancel or prepare orders for re-entry into the system
- Support the team’s metrics while working in a high-volume contact center, supporting cross-functional teams during off hours, and support the after-hours emergency contact line for dealers requiring assistance

- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
- Working knowledge of the appropriate operating and information systems
- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility
- Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance
- 2 or more years of experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment
- 2 or more years of work experience in a team environment
- Experience using chat customer applications in a professional setting
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Associate, Bachelors or Technical Degree in a Business/Management or Agriculture Sciences discipline or equivalent experience
