Internship Program
The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions:
- Assisting in facilitation of customer care, Sales & Customer insights journeys, including taking notes and researching few features and Functionalities around CRM Space.
- Helping to identify current Case Management, Email Campaigning work and propose proactive solutions by collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand current business processes.
- Assisting in building training documentation based on new customer insight features and functionalities.
- Analyze, Design, code, and test software through the production lifecycle according to functional/technical specifications that meet business requirements.
- Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps and develop hands on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions using pipeline.
- Adapt to Work within Agile Software Development approach methodology & Triage the Support CRM incident/ Bug requests.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is required

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range:
$34,500.00 - $55,100.00
CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
