Job Description
What is the purpose of this Role?
The European Head of Shared Services will lead HR teams in Poland to provide operational support to employees and leaders, enable HR technology and ensure data management is accurate and efficient. The role will partner with Talent Consultants, Centres of Excellence and Support teams to deliver first class HR operational services to people leaders and employees.
The role will also serve as the HR leader for Poland in Poland acting as the point person for senior executive escalations.
The role will be instrumental in leading the people transformation efforts in and into Poland.

The role reports to the European CHRO and will partner closely with global Centres of Expertise (Reward, Recruitment and Learning) and Global Support teams (HR Advisory and HR Operations).

1. Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do?
- Ensure operational support to employees is provided to the highest standard.
- Partner with global HR teams the role will lead the simplification, harmonisation and automation of HR processes in Europe.
- Ensure data management is accurate and efficient and drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Enhance service delivery to HR colleagues and employees.
- Provide support and guidance to the Head of Employee Services Poland.
- Act as "the voice" of the European region in supporting global HR and business initiatives.
- Serve in a critical country leadership position, providing advice to senior local leaders and will lead people transformation efforts in Poland.
- We anticipate that the remit of this role will expand to include offering support to employees and leaders based in the US and the role holder will be critical in enabling this.

The role-holder will need to be able to analyse data and feedback to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement. They will need to anticipate trends and considers multiple possible scenarios to lead the team to stay ahead and prepare for the future.
3. Technical Competencies for your Role - what are you expected to know?
- Bilingual in Polish and English
- Active leadership in the implementation of a new HR operating model
- Designed and implemented major structural change within HR function
- Good working knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow
- Participated in a management/executive team representing HR
- Led a team of HR directs and functional matrix HR teams
4. Qualifications Required to perform your Role?
No specific HR qualification or degree is required; however a degree and/or MBA would be preferred.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
