The candidate should have strong attention to detail, keen problem solving skills, and communicate effectively with both external and internal clients. As a leader in a scaling team, the candidate must be open to change and idea sharing, and assure that processes are accurate and well controlled.
Responsibilities:
Drive the ideation, development, and roll out of new technology, intelligent automation and tactical process changes required to drive improvement in processing activities and ensure compliance with regulations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, including serving as a key point of escalation. Rapidly triage and escalate complex issues or non-compliance as appropriate
Analyze deal structures, including documents and financials, while providing direction on the execution and structuring strategies
Identify performance drivers, project future performance, and anticipate ability to repay debt; apply industry research across transactions and share key takeaways across the organization
Identify and lead integration and process enhancement initiatives
Deliver the needs of the business by executing with a high degree of learning agility and flexibility
Exhibit a high level of professional presence with clients and peer teams and ability to target communication to audience
Ability to balance competing priorities with exceptional follow up
Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Influence and creatively solve problems with a high level of judgment
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience implementing or improving processes and associated controls
At least 8 years of experience in financial services, sell-side banking, buy-side investing, corporate financial planning, corporate consulting or data analytics
At least 8 years of experience leading through change, including driving execution
At least 8 years of experience with Commercial Banking Products including Loans, Treasury Management or Capital Markets

This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
