Description:Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.
Specific Job Description
The selected candidate will provide day to day support of IRST LSE Depot Operations with Development, Production, & Sustainment activities and duties related to those efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying and tracking risks and opportunities across program, and assist in milestone selection and tracking, as well as facilitating IMS updates. Candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and approving repair and rework requirements by utilizing various tools and analysis techniques, ensuring contract and schedule are met. Individual will interface and collaborate cross-functionally with ILS, production repair operations, procurement, PP&C, quality, engineering, and various leadership or program management both internal and external to execute roles & responsibilities. Candidate will be responsible for contract data deliverables and supporting Depot standup activities both on and offsite for various customers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
• Bachelors degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related STEM degree
• Must be available for immediate start
Desired Skills:
• Depot or Repair Operations Experience
• Ability to research & interpret technical requirements including engineering or similar work instructions
• Experience with management and use of Tooling and Test Equipment
•Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
