We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Corporate Services Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordination Partner. In this role, you will support 5-7 Talent Acquisition Partners who provide recruiting support for salaried management and support roles across the United States. You will ensure that all hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment activities.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment coordination services, including scheduling interviews and pre-employment assessments.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners on recruiting strategies and practices that align with organizational goals, leveraging data insights.
- Participate in recruitment engagement events and campaigns, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
- Contribute to broader recruiting team projects.
What You Have:
- Relationship Management: Ability to respond promptly and effectively to client requests and interactions; critical thinking skills to identify and address client satisfaction issues.
- Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of best practices in business process improvement and the ability to implement more efficient approaches to business activities.
- Service Excellence: Ability to provide timely and professional service to address customer needs, with a solution-oriented approach to common customer problems.
- Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in recruiting.
