About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join the E-Bill implementation team as a part of Merchant Services.

In this role, you will: - Implement the E-Bill Express product
- Build E-Bill sites as well as configure and test them
- Implement a suite of merchant products in a customer facing role by completing the Statement of Work, defining project scope, testing, and successful transition to production support
- Provide day to day support in monitoring implementation tasks, and assist with necessary setup activities which aid in keeping the implementation project on track
- Apply project management methodology to facilitate less complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
- Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
- Identify, and provide recommendations on effective training methods
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Assist and provide recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
- Interact with Implementation Manager and Team Leads, to deliver updates to project goals including internal progress and status reports
- Special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications, US: - 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - E-Bill Express experience/aptitude
- Familiarity in building payment sites
- Credit card or payments or merchant experience
- Technical aptitude and background with configuration and product setup
- Implementation experience in the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently that are in various stages with various priorities
- Electronic payments experience, specifically with ACH and card payments
- Treasury product solutions experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Job Expectations: - Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 5% of time
