Title:
CSO FERC Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Reports to the CSO COMMISSIONING MANAGER.
Manage the team of CSO FERC Coordinators.
Responsible for leading the CONTRACTOR CSO Team’s interface between CONTRACTOR, VG, BLUE, and FERC.
Responsible for collecting, reviewing and submitting documentation to satisfy Conditions set by FERC for Commissioning activities and the Introduction of Hazardous Fluids for the Plaquemines LNG Project.
Interface with CONTRACTOR Construction peers to ensure Commissioning approvals are received in line with the Commissioning Schedule.
Coordinate and accompany FERC Representatives with CSO related site inspections.
Facilitate Pre-Startup Safety Reviews and assist with action item closure.
Participate in Field Walkdowns prior to the introduction of Hazardous Fluids.
Responsible for updating the Master CSO Plot Plan indicating CSO controlled areas and tracking FERC Approvals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Leading teams,
- LNG industry, preferably through project phase into production,
- Interpret and satisfy regulations and specifications,
- Facilitated HAZOP, PSSR or similar,
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
