ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is hiring a
Diversity & Campus Recruitment Program Manager! In this role, you will drive candidate generation strategies that focus on diverse talent pipelines across a wide variety of job families. You will work closely with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) team to influence and scale partnerships with unique talent programs that attract talent across all dimensions of diversity, while helping to establish scalable best practices for diversity recruiting at ABM. This leader will work with target university and campus partners that include HBCUs and HSIs to establish ABM as an employer of choice.
This is a
Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office Tue/Wed/Thu) located preferably at one of our offices in
Sugarland TX, Austin TX or Atlanta GA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Drive sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build diverse candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels, including partnerships with diverse associations, organizations, and universities.
- Lead the ABM intern program to support ABM’s brand recognition at target universities
- Establish student talent pipelines through target university partnerships
- Partner with the ABM Culture & Inclusion team, TA leadership, and the internal and external Marketing teams on idea generation for hiring initiatives and expansion of existing tools for additional sustainable pipeline efforts.
- Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
- Articulate a written plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Inspect sourcing funnel and leverage data to assist the talent acquisition team in optimizing diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process.
- Build mechanisms to influence broader diversity sourcing efforts and pipelines across the talent acquisition team.
- Design and lead sourcing sessions intended to teach recruiters best practices for attracting diverse talent.
- Conduct talent market research to inform decisions on local site-specific strategies and recruiting plans to attract diverse talent.
- Partner with ABM Impact Groups to share strategies for attracting diverse talent.
- Provide reports for leadership on pipeline health, progress to goals and areas for improvement.
- Identify and align support for hiring events with key community partners and schools
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent related work experience
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in campus and intern recruiting and/or diversity-focused recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills with previous experience developing, presenting and executing diversity sourcing strategies and developing diverse candidate pipelines.
- Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills Technology savvy including social media and process mapping; experience with Handshake preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
- Can perform at a high level, at high volume with little guidance
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
