What does a successful Senior Director, M&A and Incident Communications do at Fiserv?
You will oversee strategic communications planning and execution for mergers, acquisition and incidents. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth with an integrated communications strategy to proactively engage our associates, clients and consumers while building positive perceptions of our brand. As part of our Fiserv Communications leadership team, you will have a leading role in advancing the Fiserv brand worldwide.
What you will do:
- Build, protect and enhance Fiserv’s reputation through clear and impactful communications in support of Mergers and Incident communications
- Establish strong relationships with priority media and influencers to deliver coverage for relevant campaigns and business moments. Serve as a company spokesperson and lead for media interactions.
- Monitor and manage the Company’s reputation across all media channels ensuring a consistent and positive public image. Oversee the management of inquiries, responses, and any potential issues that could affect the Company’s reputation.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 9 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, communications experience, and/or military experience
- B2B & B2C Communications experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
