- This is a company driver position (NOT a contractor or owner/operator position)
- Republic provides Custom Delivery Vans, fuel, devices/GPS and uniforms
- Drivers are W-2 employees of Republic Contracting, LLC (NOT Amazon)

We offer:
Pay:
- $22.25 per hour base
- Weekly Efficiency Bonus/40-hour Bonus for meeting company performance standards, while completing 4 full-time shifts in less than 40 hours
- Weekly Safety & Quality Bonus ($50-$100) for meeting company safety & quality standards

Current opportunities available:
Full-time:
1st Shift
- 4-day, 10-hour shifts
- 9:30AM start time
- Saturday OR Sunday is required + 3 other days per week(at least 1 weekend shift per week is required)
Pay is weekly (direct deposit)
Schedule/pay period is Sunday-Saturday. Employees are paid the following Friday via direct deposit
Employees are paid WEEKLY
Requirements
- MUST be at least 21 years
- MUST have a VALID Drivers license
- MUST have a clean driving record
- Verifiable driving experience preferred, but not required*
- MUST complete a Drug/Alcohol Screen
