As a Manager, HR Operations for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will....
- Lead the execution of all HR salaried workforce programming, policies, and processes for the Dubuque campus.
- Cultivate strong partnerships, consult, and advise with business leaders and employees on HR related matters.
- Collaborate with divisional and functional HR colleagues and HR Centers Of Excellence to execute and drive HR solutions at the unit level.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Dubuque campus-based HR strategy aligned with unit and division business goals.

- 4 or more years of HR Operations experience
- 4 or more years of performance consulting and discipline
- 4 or more years of experience as an HR consultant to Business leadership
- 4 or more years of experience leading a team
- Strong drive to create a positive John Deere employee experience, with proven success in implementing solutions that have resulted in improved engagement, capability development, and/or trust
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to drive results amidst competing priorities
- Experience coaching/counseling others on HR topics, demonstrating a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with tactical and strategic workforce planning
- Experience working in one or more HR Centers of Excellence or process roles (Talent, Culture, & Inclusion, Leadership & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations Center, Workforce Planning, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience using SAP and Success Factors tools.
- HR Certification
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Degree in a Business/Management discipline or degree in a Human Resources discipline
