Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Workforce Assessment Supply Chain Analyst to join our Workforce and Transformation team to provide consulting support. This opportunity is for a strong professional who will work with the client to assist with a staffing assessment for nine different federal government offices and understand existing gaps and provide recommendations.
In addition, you will:
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and provide innovative approaches to completing the scope of work
- Leverage data to make informed business decisions and validate recommended courses of action
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
- Develop a structured approach and organizational capability for risk identification and prioritization, risk monitoring and alerting, and pre-established risk mitigation plans
- Coordinate and implement actions to mitigate risks and communicate actions across the organization
- Provide recommendations for potential alternative suppliers for product categories of organizational strategic interest
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, engineering, analytics, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearances.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 1+ years of consulting experience and/or directly relevant industry experience
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in federal health supply chain is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain risk, sourcing and procurement is preferred
- Experience in process improvement
- Must be a self-starter with entrepreneurial traits and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Adept with MS Office Suite, to include MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks among competing priorities
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,360 to $101,040.
