Work you'll do
Develop, refine, and facilitate multiple Training Programs as part of a larger training team
Liaise with government program managers and technical teams to develop training products and materials that support new applications and platforms
Work with project team members to facilitate the timely flow of information in a highly technical IT environment
Incorporate feedback from end-users to enhance future training activities
Use MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create impactful and visually compelling graphics
Create technical informational guides and training materials across multiple platforms
Team with the communications team to develop, deliver, and evaluate training impact

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
5 years' experience in corporate/government training
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
Travel up to 25%
Preferred:
2+ years of professional experience in a public sector consulting firm
1+ years of experience conducting in-person and virtual training programs
1+ years of experience with employee training across multiple field offices
1+ years of experience training junior instructors
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98000 to $163000
