Become a Delivery Rock Star with us, where your job performance does all the talking, you know exactly where you stand each week, and will earn a weekly bonus when you hit your safety and quality metrics (70%-80% of the team will hit some sort of bonus each week.
The base pay is $22/hr. But that is the BASE. There's the weekly bonus which raises your effective hourly rate. And some occasional overtime.
On top of that you accrue PTO (paid time off) and will become eligible for our health care benefits (including Dental and Vision) after 30 days of being full time with us (30 hrs or more per week).

Van provided! No need for a commercial driver's license.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safety. Always! It's hard work to be safe, and is by no means accidental.
- Use the phone we provide you for routing and customer delivery information.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Load your van in the morning before your route.
- Most packages are fairly light but some may be up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
Overall Description
- Full-time drivers work 4 days (10 hours) on/ 3 days off.
- Will most probably work WEEKENDS (Saturday or Sunday).
- Part-time drivers may work fewer days and may include weekends.
- No experience necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know!
