*Starting Pay Rate: $30.21*
What You Will Do
- Testing, calibration, adjustment, cleaning and minor repairs to mechanical and optical measuring equipment, as well as unique design gauges. Utilizes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing methodology.
- Performs the calibration, adjustment, and maintenance of tools, gauges, specialized test equipment, engineering test equipment, production test positions, molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, assemblies, and templates to fulfill manufacturing quality requirements. Performs the mechanical calibration on all material / equipment fabricated to company drawings to fulfill quality requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
- Three (3) years of experience in metrology/calibration.
- Experience working from drawings.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Union Specific Information: This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and workplace conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.
Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
