JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Fund Servicing Specialist IV, you'll be responsible for delivering fund service trade operations, processing and validating trades, resolving inquiries, and serving as the contact for escalations.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and validate trades and investigate/resolve trade-related breaks in accordance with the established work practices and procedures
- Work with various internal teams such as trade processing, pre-matching, settlements, cash processing, account opening, and asset servicing to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong understanding of Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
- Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary
- Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items
- Active involvement in projects within the team
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives or strong financial markets product knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
- Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
- Strong relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Leadership with proven ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
