Responsibilities
- Assist with everything operations related
- Develop and implement SalesForce solutions to enhance business processes
- Customize and maintain SalesForce platform based on business requirements
- Get involved in the daily operations to understand what is needed
- Provide technical support and training to SalesForce users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Monitor system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any SalesForce-related issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in SalesForce administration and configuration
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and IT infrastructure
- Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts
- Background in systems engineering is a plus
