Our experienced team, guided by supportive and visionary Executives in making effective and efficient use of Salesforce in our digital work environment, needs a self-starter who doesn't like to be micro-managed and who wants to leverage their Salesforce knowledge while having opportunities to learn how Salesforce can be used to solve any business problem. The Salesforce Administrator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling multiple support cases at once, where the requests range from requesting new fields to creating new objects.
- Receives frequent and constant support requests and provisioning (on- and off-boarding resources) logged daily by our users.
- Being the point-person to our users, answering chatter comments to our Salesforce Team, and creating and managing support cases.
Required / Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts (app building, user provisioning, data management).
- Experience with Salesforce Flow automation, creating objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, and security rules.
- Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Community Experiences.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the for California, Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Massachusetts, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York unless willing to relocate.
Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
