Ivanes Express is currently hiring FedEx Ground - Flex Drivers to join our team and help us deliver packages to our customers! Flex Drivers will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, driving safely to the delivery destination, and ensuring all packages are delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a commitment to providing excellent "Zero-Defect" Customer Service.

Ivanes Express operates 7 days a week, and Flex Drivers must be able to work a Minimum of 4 days per week (Includes Saturday or Sunday), at a range of 4 to 6 hours per day. On average, a delivery driver completes 15-20 stops per hour, and Most Flex Routes range from 40 to 80 Stops per day, Perfect for those looking for Part-Time Work, Seasonal Work, or a Flexible Opportunity. All packages are small (less than 50 lbs.) Bags, Small Boxes, etc. Pay is based on stops and can range from $25-40 per hour. (Paid Weekly)

What You'll Need:
- 21 Years or older w/ Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Pass a Background Check
- A Clean Driving Record
- Vehicle with Valid Registration and Insurance
- Vehicle must be 2013 or newer, No Dents or Scratches, and Clean Appearance
- Tires with Good Treading / No Broken Window's or Mirror's
- Working Vehicle Locks
- A Picture of each side of the Vehicle (4 Pictures Total)

Responsibilities:
- Drive your personal vehicle to deliver packages to customers
- Adhere to Safety and Traffic Laws
- Load and Unload Packages from Vehicle
- Maintain the vehicle in a safe and clean condition
- Communicate with Customers in a Friendly and Professional manner
- Ensure Packages are delivered on time
- Capturing Signatures, ID Pictures, and Scanner Integrity

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
