SUMMARY
This role is responsible for administering inventory management principles throughout the factory. This role is to work with factory staff to set and maintain appropriate levels of inventory and define processes to keep inventory accurate in MRP. This role also helps manufacturing setup new departments within the factory and in MRP so material will flow through and consume properly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
- Analyze and communicate value stream/supply chain capacity and constraints
- Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain; utilizing Supply Chain tools such as ERP, Kanban, 5Y, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including supervisors, suppliers, team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.
- Represents Supply Chain in projects across the value stream.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

APICS- CPIM highly desired Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, data mining, and data reporting Strong computer skills and experience with excel, word, and outlook Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization
- Actively participates in creation of own development plan
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem-solving and continuous improvement

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
