THE WORKThis role provides vital administrative, financial, and planning support for key projects within Lockheed Martin. Your responsibilities will include:
• Staffing & Budget Plans: Assist Senior Project Engineers and Site Planners in developing staffing and budget plans for Lockheed Martin and subcontractors.
• Earned Value Management (EVM): Perform Earned Value Management to track project performance and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• ROM Estimates: Generate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for installation and test projects/tasks.
• Waterfront Contract Deliverables: Coordinate with Program Management and Contracts personnel to manage and track waterfront contract deliverables.
• Financial & Cost Account Management: Support financial reviews and cost account management meetings, ensuring that projects stay on budget and within scope.
• Reporting & Presentations: Generate reports, presentations, and other documentation as required for project stakeholders.
• Teleconferences & Virtual Meetings: Plan and host telecons and virtual meetings to ensure smooth communication between teams and project leads.
• Travel: Some travel to key locations including Bath, ME; San Diego, CA; Pascagoula, MS; and Norfolk, VA.

WHO YOU AREYou are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination, financial management, and planning. You bring the following:
• Project Management & Planning: Experience supporting the development of staffing, budget, and project plans.
• Financial Expertise: Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing cost accounts for large projects.
• Communication Skills: Ability to generate clear reports and presentations, and coordinate teleconferences and meetings.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with waterfront contract deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Travel Willingness: Ability to travel to key project sites as needed.
• Security Clearance: Eligibility to undergo a government security investigation and meet the requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
• Experience in financial management
• Preferred knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Preferred Knowledge of Cost Account Management (CAM) Experience
• Ability to obtain security clearance
Desired Skills:• Related work experience in earned value management
• Control/Cost Account Management or Work Package management
• Experience with SAP or other business management software solutions
• Experience with US Navy or other military
• Previous LM Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
